Sales have officially launched for The Anable, a new condominium property from BK Developers in Long Island City. The property is located at 10-64 Jackson Avenue and comprises 22 units and lifestyle amenity spaces.
Renderings from ARC Architecture + Design Studio are the first to reveal a new seven-story residential building in Jamaica, Queens. The property is located at 143-26 84th Road and is the latest property from Commerce Realty Group, a New York-based brokerage and development firm.
Construction has topped out on NOVA, a 24-story condominium tower at 41-05 29th Street in Long Island City, Queens. Developed by SB Development Group, the building will yield 84 units and ground-for retail space. The homes will range from studios up to three-bedroom layouts, and each floor will support no more than five condos.
Renderings from GKA Design Group reveal a nine-story mixed-use property at 35-01 Vernon Boulevard Long Island City, Queens. The developer, Agayev Holding, is now pursuing zoning text amendments to permit construction for the nine-story building, which is located in an area currently zoned for three- to four-story multifamily buildings.
Long Island City will soon be home to a new 208,000-square-foot lab and research facility at 43-10 23rd Street. The existing seven-story office building was acquired by Longfellow Real Estate Partners, which has partnered with Sculptor Real Estate for a ground-up redevelopment of the property.
