Located on the northwest corner of 87th Street and Rockaway Boulevard, the upcoming development is situated five blocks north of the 88 Street-Boyd Avenue subway station, serviced by the A train. Located between Parsons Boulevard and 147th Street, the interior development site is one block south of Northern Boulevard. The Murray Hill LIRR train station is half a mile east and five blocks west is the Main Street – Flushing subway station, serviced by the 7 train. Queens-based Wantai Management Group is listed as the owner behind the applications. This appears to be the first residential project for the developer.
