Renderings from Xenolith Partners and Alexander Gorlin Architects reveal a new eight-story building at 760 Soundview Avenue in Soundview, The Bronx. The parcel is currently in pre-construction, but will eventually replace the Soundview Presbyterian Church with a mix of rental apartments, an updated chapel building, and a community facility.

Located between Albany Avenue and Troy Avenue, the interior lot is two blocks east of the Kingston-Throop Avenues subway station, serviced by the A and C trains. Federation of Organizations for the New York State Mentally Disabled is listed as the owner behind the applications.
Construction is finally about to go vertical at 9 DeKalb Avenue, the first supertall skyscraper in the outer boroughs. Designed by SHoP Architects and developed by JDS, the Downtown Brooklyn residential tower is planned to stand 1,066 feet above the neighborhood.

Developed by Adam America Real Estate, the property contains 63 residential units that range from studios to three-bedroom layouts. The structure is located on the northern corner of Fourth Avenue and Pacific Street and is alternately addressed as 24 Fourth Avenue.
