Silverback Development is the developer of the residential project. The building was previously purchased from Greystone Development at a cost of $80 million. The acquisition calls for a conversion from rentals to condominiums.
Permits have been filed for a ten-story mixed-use building at 393 8th Avenue in Chelsea, Manhattan. Located between 29th Street and 30th Street, the interior lot is close to Pennsylvania Station and the 34th Street subway station, serviced by the A, C, and E trains. Daniel Aller of Aller Enterprises is listed as the owner behind the applications.
Rye-based developer Elk Homes has announced an official launch date for its most recent residential development in Pelham, New York. Located in Westchester County, Colonial Court’s 16 rental units will hit the market on May 31st, with occupancy expected by August of this year.

The Lofts Pier Village has officially topped-out in the seaside village of Long Branch, New Jersey.
