Designed by Kutnicki Bernstein Architects and developed by The Daten Group, the 117,000-square-foot structure will yield 135 rental apartments spread across 91,000 square feet, including 40 units reserved for affordable housing, as well 6,000 square feet of ground-floor retail and a 56-vehicle parking garage. The property is located at the corner of Atlantic and Waverly Avenues.

The residential program includes ten three-bedroom, two-bathroom units and two two-bedroom, two-bathroom units. The developer purchased the 6,6780-square-foot plot for $6.5 million in 2019 and excavation and construction gradually progressed on the building starting last summer.
