The site is in the heart of Harlem, near Adam Clayton Powell Jr. Boulevard, and three blocks from the 125th Street subway station with the A, B, C, and D trains. Moses Strulowtiz of the CS Real Estate Group is behind the applications.
Permits have been filed for a five-story residential building at 305 Kingsland Avenue in Greenpoint, Brooklyn. The site is two blocks from the Msgr. McGolrick Park, and twelve blocks away from the northern tip of McCarren Park and the Nassau Avenue subway station, serviced by the G trains. YME Construction is listed as responsible for the development.
Permits have already been filed for the construction of a 13-story mixed-use building at the corner of 14th Street and Sixth Avenue in Greenwich Village, and today, YIMBY has the exclusive first look at renderings. ODA Architecture is responsible for the design of 101 West 14th Street / 531 Sixth Avenue, which will feature a deconstructivist façade composed of stacked blocks. The site is right next to the 14th Street and Sixth Avenue subway station entrance, serviced by the 1, 2, 3, F, M, L and Path trains. Union Square is just two blocks away.
In the heart of downtown Brooklyn, just off of Flatbush Avenue and adjacent to the City Point complex, One Willoughby Square, also known as 1WSQ or 420 Albee Square, is now on track to become the tallest Class A office tower in Brooklyn. A $235 million construction loan has now been approved and secured from Otera Capital, a Canadian real estate lending company. JEMB is the developer of the upcoming office project.
