607 West 161st Street [DNAinfo]: Sutton Management is constructing a 62-unit residential building — which will include 13 affordable units — at 605-607 West 161st Street, in southern Washington Heights. Construction is above street level, and completion is expected by 2016.
Applications have been filed for a four-story, six-unit mixed-use building measuring 5,723 square feet at 5311 4th Avenue, in Sunset Park. MGM Creations is designing, and the existing two-story building is being re-utilized.
