Two Trees Management has donated a 5,000-square-foot theater and performance venue at the base of 110 Livingston Street, a residential building in Downtown Brooklyn. The recipient of the theater space is ISSUE, an independent organization that sponsors and curates programming in collaboration with local and international artists.
Permits have been filed for a seven-story residential building at 22 Skillman Street on the border of Bedford-Stuyvesant and South Williamsburg, Brooklyn. Located between Flushing and Park Avenues, the lot is within walking distance of the Flushing Avenue subway station, serviced by the G train. Zelig Weiss of Riverside Developers is listed as the owner behind the applications.
Construction has topped out on The Bellemont, a 13-story residential building at 1165 Madison Avenue on Manhattan’s Upper East Side. Designed by Robert A. M. Stern Architects with SLCE Architects as the architect of record and developed by Naftali Group, the 120-foot-tall structure will yield 67,680 square feet with 12 condominiums and 3,749 square feet of ground-floor retail space. Titanium Construction Services is the general contractor for the project, which is located at the corner of Madison Avenue and East 86th Street.
Goose Property Management has received $87.6 million in financing to complete construction on a 186-unit rental property in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. Located at 575 Grand Street in a busy pedestrian corridor, the development will top out at nine stories and comprise approximately 175,000 square feet.
The affordable housing lottery has launched for Castleton Supportive Housing, a six-story mixed-use building at 1546 Castleton Avenue in Port Richmond, Staten Island. Designed by Amie Gross Architects and developed by Hudson Companies and Project Hospitality, the structure yields 48 residences and on-site supportive services. Available on NYC Housing Connect are 16 units for residents at 60 percent of the area median income (AMI), ranging in eligible income from $31,852 to $57,300.
