Developed by Solomon Feder‘s Gold Street Realty Holdings and designed by J Frankl Associates with interiors by Studio C Architects, the building yields a total 286 rental units in a mix of studio and one-, two-, and three-bedroom units. Available on NYC Housing Connect are 86 apartments for residents at 130 percent of the area median income, ranging in eligible income from $76,835 to $183,300.

Designed by Marvel Architects and developed by Jenel Management, the project will yield 327 residential units, as well as 71,844 square feet of commercial space and 22,054 square feet of retail on the lower podium floors. The residences will take up about 239,142 square feet of the total 330,00 square feet.
