Earthwork is underway at 1122 Madison Avenue, the site of an 18-story residential building on Manhattan’s Upper East Side. Designed by Hill West Architects and developed by Legion Investment Group and Nahla Capital, the 210-foot-tall structure will span 86,000 square feet and yield 22 condominium units with an average scope of 3,500 square feet.
