Permits have been filed for a four-story residential building at 410 West 49th Street, in Hell’s Kitchen, Manhattan. The site is one avenue away from the 50th Street subway station, serviced by the E trains. One avenue further are the Times Square subway stations, serviced by the N, R, W, and 1 trains. Galahad Realty Corporation is listed as behind the applications.
Permits have been filed for a residential building at 2708 Glenwood Road in Flatbush-Ditmas Park, Brooklyn. The site is just three blocks from the Flatbush Avenue subway station, end of the line for the 2 and 5 trains, and center of a significant commercial junction. The Corona Holding Group LLC is responsible for the development.

Today, YIMBY has an exclusive first look at what’s in store for 316 Fifth Avenue, in Koreatown, where developer Cottonwood Management is planning a 539-foot-tall tower designed by Kohn Pedersen Fox.
It has been less than four years since permits were filed for 1059 Third Avenue, but thanks to Tectonic we can see the tower has now risen 21 floors above the Upper East Side, on the way to its 30-story pinnacle. The project is one of several new high-rises coming to the neighborhood. Real Estate Inverland and Third Palm Capital are responsible for the development. The site was purchased for $40 million in 2012, costing just over $330 per buildable square foot.
Greystone Development‘s most recent residential project has now topped-off at 24-16 Queens Plaza South. Located in Long Island City, the 23-story tower will eventually comprise over 100,000 square feet, yielding 117 residential units and a full suite of amenities including an open-air rooftop deck, a pool, a fitness center, co-working spaces, and more to be announced upon completion.
