Hen Hawk NY LLC has filed applications for a four-story, eight-unit residential building measuring 5,340 square feet at 522 Evergreen Avenue, in central Bushwick. Suresh Manchanda is designing, and an existing two-story structure must first be demolished.
The Court Square Blog notes that Jeffrey Gershon’s 11-story, 182-rental-unit mixed-use building has topped out at 22-22 Jackson Avenue, in Long Island City, and the façade is now five stories up. In YIMBY’s last update in November, the building was only five stories, and completion is expected in 2016.
1764 Union Management LLC has filed applications for a six-story, 16-unit residential building measuring 12,000 square feet at 1764 Union Street, in eastern Crown Heights. Olabanji B Awosika is designing, and the existing two-story structure was approved for demolition in December.

YIMBY noticed the rendering on the fence at the empty lot, which sits mid-block on Manhattan between Meserole Street and Montrose Avenue.
