Advance Realty Investors has secured construction financing for 249 Pomeroy Logistics Center, a new Class A industrial development at 249 Pomeroy Road in Parsippany, New Jersey. The 110,000-square-foot facility, branded as 249 PLC, is currently under development and is expected to be completed in October 2026.
A new rendering has been revealed for Elleven by Gomes, a six-story residential building planned for 16–18 Oliver Street in Newark, New Jersey. Developed by The Gomes Group under the A&R Limited Capital LLC, the structure will yield 225 rental apartments, with 20 percent reserved for affordable housing. The project will also include ground-floor retail and a suite of residential amenities. The property is alternately addressed as 330–338 Mulberry Street and is bounded by Oliver Street, Mulberry Street, East Kinney Street, and McCarter Highway.
Renderings have recently been revealed for three new low- and mid-rise projects in Newark, New Jersey. Though more modest in scale than many of the large projects transforming the city and its skyline, they nonetheless represent an encouraging sign of growth and will create much-needed new housing for the region. The projects are located in the Ironbound and University Heights districts.
Construction is finished on 968 Bonnel Court, a five-story residential building in the Centurion Union Center mixed-use community in Union, New Jersey. Designed by Commito Associates and developed by Landmark, the structure yields 85 one- and two-bedroom units along with a collection of amenities. The building is the fifth phase of the complex, which is planned to introduce 363 new apartments and approximately 32,000 square feet of retail space along Stuyvesant Avenue.
Construction is set to commence on 22 Fulton, a 21-story residential building at 22 Fulton Street in Newark, New Jersey. Designed by Beyer Blinder Belle and developed in a joint venture between SK Development and the Berger Organization, the structure will yield 396 rental units. The project will also include 4,800 square feet of retail space and 106 parking spaces. The property is located in a Qualified Opportunity Zone near the intersection of Fulton and Broad Streets.
