Construction has broken ground on 290 Coles Street, a $400 million residential development in Jersey City, New Jersey. Designed by MHS Architecture and developed in partnership between Albanese Organization, BXP, and CrossHarbor Capital Partners, the property will yield 670 rental apartments. The 1.75-acre property is bounded by 17th Street to the north, 16th Street to the south, Jersey Avenue to the east, and Coles Street to the west.

Kushner has broken ground on Livana Livingston, a 280-unit multifamily rental development at 550 and 570 West Mt. Pleasant Avenue in Livingston, New Jersey. Designed by Lessard Architecture, the project is being built on the site of the former Westminster Hotel and an adjacent former bank property. The development will consist of two separate buildings, one tailored for residents aged 55 and over and another open to residents of all ages. Completion is scheduled for 2027.

A new updated rendering reveals 114-126 Monroe Street, a proposed eight-story boutique hotel that will be the first of its kind to be constructed in the historic Ironbound neighborhood of Newark, New Jersey. Designed by Comito Associates and developed by Antonio and Albano Seabra of The Seabra Group, the 153-room structure was approved by the city’s Zoning Board and will rise from a vacant lot on the corner of Monroe and Lafayette Streets.

Updated Design Revealed for 593 Montgomery Street in Jersey City, New Jersey

New renderings have been revealed for 593 Montgomery Street, an 18-story residential building in the McGinley Square section of Jersey City, New Jersey. Designed by GRO Architects, the 218-foot-tall structure will yield 98 units. The development will also include 7,184 square feet of medical office space and 75 enclosed parking spaces on the first four levels. The project was approved by the local zoning board earlier this month and will rise from an irregular lot at the corner of Montgomery Street and Beacon Way.
