Renderings Revealed for Fogarty Finger Architects’ 387 8th Street, in Jersey City

Forgarty Finger Architecture has unveiled official renderings of a new mixed-use residential building in Jersey City. The rising property is located at 387 8th Street, and sits squarely within the new Enos Jones Redevelopment Plan Area. Given the property’s location, developer RAFA Realty was required to seek special approvals from the Jersey City Redevelopment Agency (JCRA), which were granted in September 2018.

New $135 Million Arts & Entertainment District Revealed in Downtown Montclair, New Jersey

Earlier this week, ground was broken for a new mixed-use development by joint venture partners Ironstate Development Company and Brookfield in Downtown Montclair, New Jersey. The project includes a mix of residential units, retail, offices, art space, public parking, and a pedestrian plaza. It is expected to create a vibrant arts and entertainment district near the adjacent Wellmont Theater, on Bloomfield Avenue. Consisting of two buildings on either side of Seymour Street facing the theater and a 12,000 square foot plaza, the development will span 2.5 acres in all.
