Leasing has launched for 20 Grand Avenue, a five-story rental building in downtown Englewood, New Jersey. Designed by CPA Architecture and developed by Premier Developers, the structure yields 96 residences and a slate of lifestyle and wellness amenities.
Occupancy has begun at Wonder Lofts, a new condominium property at 720 Clinton Street in Hoboken, New Jersey. Designed by MVMK Architects and Workshop/APD and developed by Prism Capital Partners and Angelo Gordon, and Parkwood Development, the building yields 83 loft-style homes and more than 14,000 square feet of amenities.
Construction is now topped out at One Grove, a new 12-story residential property in Jersey City. Located at 221 Grove Street in the city’s Liberty Harbor neighborhood, One Grove is the latest project from Strategic Capital, the real estate investment and development platform of China Construction America.
Construction on a new 25-story residence, called “Waterside at Xchange,” has reached its top floors over Secaucus, New Jersey and is also known as Building G. This is the tallest component in of a number of completed and neighboring residences that make up the Xchange at Secaucus Junction complex. The building is being designed by Perkins Eastman and developed bye Fraternity Meadows, LLC on what was once an empty plot of land nestled between the Hackensack River and Brianna Lane. Nearby is the Secaucus Junction train station to the south of the New Jersey Turnpike. A total of 403 residential units and four floors of parking are expected to be created and housed within Waterside at Xchange.
Renderings have been revealed for 50 Sussex Avenue, a 15-story building in Newark, New Jersey. Designed by 50 Sussex Avenue and developed by Tona Development, which won approvals to construct the project in 2021, the 150-foot-tall structure will yield 203 rental units and 2,000 square feet of commercial space. Available apartments will range from studio units up to two-bedroom floor plans.
