New renderings have been revealed for 48-54 Branford Place, a 32-story residential tower in Newark, New Jersey. Designed by the Derosa Group for Branford Studios LLC, the 347-foot-tall structure will yield 441 units and ground-floor retail space. The Newark Landmarks Commission recently approved the development plan for the nearly half-acre L-shaped property, which is located between Washington and Halsey Streets.

First Phase Of Marq Teaneck Completes Construction In Teaneck, New Jersey

Malas Development has completed the first phase of construction for The Marq Teaneck, a rental community located at 329 Alfred Avenue in Teaneck, New Jersey. A ribbon-cutting ceremony was held to commemorate the launch, with Teaneck mayor Mark Schwartz and other community leaders in attendance. Designed by CPA Architecture, the six-story building yields 256 residences, including 38 affordable housing units. Its second phase is set to begin construction in early May, and will add 248 additional units at 359 Alfred Avenue.
