The Hoboken Zoning Board of Adjustment has approved The Boundary, a 500,000-square-foot mixed-use development at 50 Harrison Street in New Jersey. The project will expand Mission 50, an existing co-working facility, to a new height of six stories.
The next phase of development at Harrison Urby arrives this fall and will introduce 381 rental apartments and an expansion of existing amenities at the residential complex. The property is located at 200 Angelo Cifelli Drive in Harrison and is designed by Concrete, a Netherlands-based architecture group that is also responsible for Urby properties in Jersey City and Staten Island.
Leasing is now underway at 99 Bridge, a new rental property in Old Bridge, New Jersey. From BNE Realty Group, LPZ, and Sterling Properties, the community is located at 99 Old Amboy Road and houses a collection of 150 apartments and lifestyle amenities.

Downtown Jersey City will soon be home to a massive outdoor sculpture commissioned by Le Frak and Simon. Entitled “Water’s Soul,” the sculpture will stand 80 feet tall and resembles a woman, eyes closed, coyly shushing pedestrians walking around her.
