Construction is nearing completion on the second phase of Vantage, a two-tower residential complex at 33 Park View Avenue in Jersey City. Designed by S9 Architecture and developed by Fisher Organization, the development features twin 44-story towers and will yield a total of 900 apartments. Phase two features 452 homes ranging from studios to two-bedroom units.

MGM Marin Boulevard Tops Out at 331 Marin Boulevard in Jersey City

Construction has topped out on the MGM Marin Boulevard, a 41-story residential tower at 331 Marin Boulevard in Jersey City. Alternately addressed as 184 Morgan Street, the project is designed by Marchetto Higgins Stieve and is being developed by The Albanese Group, and will yield 482 units, 121 parking spaces, a 125-seat theater, and 14,000 square feet of amenities. The site is located within the Powerhouse Arts District, directly to the south of 351 Marin Boulevard.

The Charlotte’s Façade Rising Quickly at 25 Christopher Columbus Drive in Jersey City

Façade work is progressing on The Charlotte, a 57-story mixed-use skyscraper at 25 Christopher Columbus Drive in Jersey City. Designed by Elkus Manfredi Architects for Mack-Cali’s Roseland Residential Trust, the 626-foot-tall reinforced concrete superstructure topped out back in early September, and its glass and metal curtain wall has since risen more than halfway to the parapet. The property will yield 750 units with interior design by Fogarty FingerMelillo + Bauer Associates is the landscape architect, DeSimone Consulting Engineers is the structural engineer, AMA Consulting Engineers is the mechanical engineer, and KSS Architects is the designer of the school that will be located in the podium.
