A revised rendering has been revealed for 303 East 44th Street, 35-story residential tower in Midtown East, Manhattan. Designed by ODA Architects, the 470-foot-tall structure will span 89,043 square feet and yield 131 condominium units along with 8,006 square feet of commercial space. Triangle Assets was originally listed as the developer of the project, but it’s unclear whether the company is still involved. The property is located on an interior lot between First and Second Avenues.

Funding Received For Renovation Of Boston Road Plaza, Boston Secor, And Middletown Plaza In The Bronx

A funding round was recently raised for the renovation of three East Bronx housing developments: Boston Road Plaza, Boston Secor, and Middletown Plaza. The project spans six residential buildings which house 952 affordable housing units in total, and is part of New York City Housing Authority’s Permanent Affordability Commitment Together program. Renovations are being led by Bronx Revitalization Collaborative, working alongside Beacon Communities, Kalel Companies, and MBD Community Housing Corp.

Designed by Jon Yung of My Architect and developed by 39-26 Property LLC as the Brazilian Missionary Church, the structure yields 50 residences. Available on NYC Housing Connect are 16 units for residents at 80 percent of the area median income (AMI), ranging in eligible income from $65,349 to $111,840.

Public Review Set for 1,600-Foot Supertall at 350 Park Avenue in Midtown East, Manhattan

The public review process is scheduled to begin next month for 350 Park Avenue, a nearly 1,600-foot-tall office skyscraper in Midtown East, Manhattan. Designed by Foster + Partners and developed by Vornado Realty Trust, Rudin, and Ken Griffin, the 62-story supertall will yield 1.8 million square feet of Class A office space with a capacity of 6,000 employees. Griffin’s companies Citadel and Citadel Securities will serve as anchor tenants, occupying at least 850,000 square feet. The property is located between East 51st and 52nd Streets.
