Located between Harrison and Union Avenues, the lot is one block north of the Flushing Avenue subway station, serviced by the G train. Rafael Rabinowitz of Galaxy Developers is listed as the owner behind the applications.
Construction is close to topping out at 32 West 48th Street, a 31-story hotel tower in Midtown, Manhattan’s Diamond District. Designed by SLCE Architects and developed by Extell, the 456-foot-tall structure will span 213,158 square feet and yield 534 guest rooms with an average scope of 316 square feet. AECOM Tishman is the general contractor for the project, which is located between Fifth and Sixth Avenues, directly south of Rockefeller Center, with a narrow annex extending south to West 47th Street.
Construction is climbing higher and surpasses its halfway mark at 660 Lexington Avenue, a 19-story mixed-use residential building in Midtown East, Manhattan. Designed by Zproekt Architecture and developed and built by Sergey Rybak of Rybak Development under the 660 Lexington Avenue Development LLC, the 233-foot-tall structure will span 52,558 square feet and yield 23 condominium units with an average scope of 2,123 square feet, as well as 2,551 square feet of commercial space, 1,174 square feet of community facility space, and a cellar level. The ground-up property is alternately addressed as 133 East 55th Street and located at the corner of Lexington Avenue and East 55th Street.
The affordable housing lottery has launched for 1308 – 1314 Lincoln Place, a pair of six-story residential building in Crown Heights, Brooklyn. Designed by Feingold & Gregory Architects, the structures yield 13 residences each. Available on NYC Housing Connect are eight units for residents at 130 percent of the area median income (AMI), ranging in eligible income from $102,686 to $181,740.
Façade installation is steadily progressing on 200 East 75th Street, an 18-story residential building in the Lenox Hill section of Manhattan’s Upper East Side. Designed by Beyer Blinder Belle and developed by EJS Development, which purchased the property for $32.5 million in March 2021, the 214-foot-tall structure will span 97,569 square feet and yield 36 condominium units and ground-floor retail space. The property is alternately addressed as 1305-1307 Third Avenue and located at the intersection of Third Avenue and East 75th Street.
