Located at 788 Willoughby Avenue in Bedford Stuyvesant, Brooklyn, the 205-unit residential conversion was designed by Woods Bagot, with interiors by Alchemy Studio, and developed by Property Resources Corporation. Available on NYC Housing Connect are 62 units for residents at 130 percent of the area median income (AMI), ranging in eligible income from $85,543 to $218,010.
