62 Main, a new affordable housing project, has officially reached completion at 62 Main Street in Tarrytown, Westchester County. The property, which was formerly a YMCA, yields 108 units, 88 of which are designated for seniors aged 55 and older. Development cost approximately $54 million and was spearheaded by WBP Development, LLC.
Permits have been filed for a six-story mixed-use building at 448 Park Avenue in Bedford-Stuyvesant, Brooklyn. Located between Kent and Franklin Avenues, the lot is near the Myrtle-Willoughby Avenues subway station, served by the G train. Shimon Kleinman is listed as the owner behind the applications.
Façade installation is finishing up on The Victoria and Lloyd Goldman Health Care Pavilion, a 15-story medical facility for Lenox Hill Hospital at 1345 Third Avenue on Manhattan’s Upper East Side. Designed by Ennead Architects and developed by Northwell Health and the University Financing Foundation, the 215-foot-tall structure will yield 200,000 square feet of outpatient treatment space for specialized cancer care services, imaging and lab testing, cardiac care, neuroscience programs, a sleep study center, acute and chronic disease management, social work services, and more. The $450 million project is located in Lenox Hill between East 76th and 77th Streets.
A proposal has been submitted to the NYC LPC for the restoration and enhancement of the Harlem River Houses, a historic public housing complex in Harlem, Manhattan. The New York City Housing Authority (NYCHA) is working in collaboration with various artists to restore existing sculptures, introduce new public artwork, and install signage throughout the complex that spans from West 151st Street to West 153rd Street between Macombs Place and the Harlem River Drive.
The affordable housing lottery has launched for 25 Water Street, a 32-story office-to-residential conversion and expansion in the Financial District of Manhattan. Designed by CetraRuddy and developed by GFP Real Estate, Metro Loft Management, and Rockwood Capital, the structure yields 1,300 residences. Available on NYC Housing Connect are 330 units for residents at 130 percent of the area median income (AMI), ranging in eligible income from $31,955 to $173,340.
