Designed by Aufgang Architects and developed by Eight West, the structure yields 364 residences. Available on NYC Housing Connect are 110 units for residents at 80 to 130 percent of the area median income (AMI), ranging in eligible income from $57,189 to $250,380.
New renderings have been revealed for Etihad Park, the proposed home stadium for Major League Soccer’s New York City Football Club at 126-87 Willets Point Boulevard in Willets Point, Queens. Designed by HOK, the 24,851-seat venue would be the first fully electric stadium in New York City and in MLS history, and would stand as the centerpiece of a 23-acre redevelopment plan along with a new 650-seat public school, a hotel, and more than 150,000 square feet of public open space. The project site is bound by 127th Street to the northeast, 35th Avenue to the northwest, Willets Point Boulevard to the southeast, and Seaver Way and Citi Field to the southwest.
Construction is nearing completion on The Journal, a two-tower residential and retail complex at 10 Journal Square Plaza in Jersey City, New Jersey. Designed by Woods Bagot with interiors by 1159 and developed by Kushner, the nearly $1 billion project consists of two 64-story towers connected by a multi-story podium and will span approximately 2 million square feet with 1,723 rental units and 40,000 square feet of retail space leased by Target. The property is bound by Sip Avenue to the south and Bergen Avenue and John F. Kennedy Boulevard to the west.

Located between East 175th Street and East 176th Street, the lot is near the 174-175 Streets subway station, served by the B and D trains. Steven Westreich of Westorchard Management is listed as the owner behind the applications.
Exterior work is moving along on 526 Baltic Street, an 11-story residential building in Gowanus, Brooklyn. Designed by NY Building Associates for Baltic Height LLC, the 148-foot-tall structure will span 74,629 square feet and yield 96 rental units with an average scope of 663 square feet, as well as 10,955 square feet of commercial space, a cellar level, and a 37-foot-long rear yard. The property is located on an interior lot between Nevins Street and Third Avenue.
