Developer Global Holdings has announced that Anagram Columbus Circle, a 26-story residential tower located at 1 West 60th Street on Manhattan’s Upper West Side, has recently reached full occupancy. Designed by INC Architecture & Design, the 281-foot-tall structure yields 123 rental units and finished construction earlier this year.
