Permits have been filed to expand a three-story structure into a four-story mixed-use building at 193 Graham Avenue in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. Located at the intersection of Scholes Street and Graham Avenue, the lot is near the Grand Street subway station, served by the L train. Yehuda Kohn of City Framers is listed as the owner behind the applications.

Two long-term lease renewals totaling 4,694 square feet were recently announced at 3010 Westchester Avenue within Purchase Professional Park in Westchester. Developed by Simone Development Companies and Fareri Associates and designed by Design Development Architects, the park features four buildings that total 220,000 square feet of Class A office and medical space. The buildings were constructed between 1969 and 1973.
