Designed by C3D Architecture and developed by Sioni Group under the 989 Sixth Realty LLC, the 785-foot-tall structure will span 384,118 square feet and yield 300 condominium units with an average scope of 991 square feet, as well as 86,817 square feet of commercial space and two cellar levels. Façade installation is steadily progressing on 335 Eighth Avenue, a seven-story residential building in Chelsea, Manhattan. Designed by COOKFOX Architects and developed by MAG Partners and Mutual Redevelopment Houses, Inc., the 200,000-square-foot structure will yield 188 rental units in studio to two-bedroom layouts, a 23,000-square-foot Lidl supermarket, and additional ground-floor retail space. Thirty percent of the homes will be reserved for affordable housing. Urban Atelier Group is the general contractor for the ground-up property, which is located at the corner of Eighth Avenue and West 26th Street within the Penn South affordable housing cooperative, officially known as Mutual Redevelopment Houses.

Designed by FXCollaborative and developed by Focus Property Group, a subsidiary of JEMB Realty, the 145-foot-tall structure will span 395,726 square feet and yield 375 rental units with an average scope of 798 square feet, as well as 5,388 square feet of retail space, 18,850 square feet of community space, a cellar level, and 106 enclosed parking spaces. Twenty-five percent of the residential units will be dedicated to affordable housing. Pavarini McGovern served as the general contractor for the property, which was formerly addressed as 11 Ocean Parkway and is located on Machate Circle at the southwestern corner of Prospect Park, bound by Ocean Parkway, Coney Island Avenue, and Caton Place.
