ZDG, LLC is the general contractor for the property, which is located by the intersection of Willoughby Street to the south and Duffield Street to the east.

Construction is finishing up on The Paxton, a 43-story mixed-use skyscraper at 540 Fulton Street in Downtown Brooklyn. Designed by Marvel Architects and developed by Jenel Management, the 511-foot-tall structure spans 330,000 square feet and will yield 327 rental units in studio to three-bedroom layouts, as well as 137,075 square feet of office space and 33,000 square feet of retail space in the multi-story podium. MNS is handling sales and marketing for the homes at the property, which is located by the intersection of Flatbush Avenue and Fulton Street.

240 Willoughby Street Nears Topping Out in Fort Greene, Brooklyn

Construction is nearing topping out on 240 Willoughby Street, a 30-story residential building in Fort Greene, Brooklyn. Designed by Fischer Rasmussen Whitefield Architects and developed by Rabsky Group, which purchased the property for $95 million in 2019, the structure will yield 300 rental units with 147 dedicated to affordable housing. 240 Willoughby LLC is the owner and Galaxy Developers is the general contractor for the project, which directly abuts an existing 21-story apartment building and is bound by Willoughby Street to the north, the Brooklyn Hospital Center to the south, Fort Greene Park to the east, and Ashland Place to the west.

The Brooklyn Tower’s Exterior Nears Completion in Downtown Brooklyn

Exterior work is nearing completion on The Brooklyn Tower, a 1,066-foot residential supertall at 9 DeKalb Avenue in Downtown Brooklyn. Designed by SHoP Architects and developed and built by JDS Development, the 93-story skyscraper is the tallest structure in the outer boroughs and will yield 550 units designed by Gachot Studios with 150 condominiums, 120 affordable rentals, and 280 market-rate rentals, as well as a 100,000-square-foot retail podium incorporated into the landmarked Dime Savings Bank of Brooklyn. Douglas Elliman Development Marketing Group is the marketing, sales, and leasing agent for the residential component, Krista Ninivaggi of Woods Bagot is the amenity designer, and HMWhite is the landscape designer for the property, which is bound by Flatbush Avenue Extension to the northeast, Fleet Street to the northwest, DeKalb Avenue to the south, and the adjoining Dime Savings Bank to the west.

The Masters Division at Nest Seekers International is leading leasing and marketing for the property, which is located by the corner of Concord Street and Bridge Plaza Court, directly next to Woods Bagot‘s 33-story Amberly Apartments tower.
