New Rendering Revealed for Office Supertall at 360 Tenth Avenue in Midtown West, Manhattan

A new rendering has been revealed for 360 Tenth Avenue, a proposed supertall commercial skyscraper in Midtown West, Manhattan. The structure will yield 1 million square feet of Class A office space. McCourt Global is the current owner of the property, which is situated between Brookfield Properties‘ Manhattan West complex and Related Companies‘ first phase of Hudson Yards, and bound by West 31st Street to the north, Dyer Avenue and West 30th Street to the south, and Tenth Avenue to the west.

Zero Irving Completes Construction at 124 East 14th Street in Union Square, Manhattan

Construction is complete on Zero Irving, a 21-story mixed-use building at 124 East 14th Street in Union Square, Manhattan. Designed by Davis Brody Bond and developed in partnership by RAL Development Services and Junius Real Estate Partners, the 176,000-square-foot structure contains affordable and market-rate office space for technology firms as well as a three-floor education and training center, a tech incubator, coworking spaces, and a 10,000-square-foot ground-floor food hall managed by Urbanspace. JLL has served is the leasing and marketing agent for the office space and Suffolk Construction was the general contractor for the project, which is located along East 14th Street between Third Avenue to the east and Broadway to the west.

288 Water Street Completes Construction in Vinegar Hill, Brooklyn

Construction is complete on 288 Water Street, a five-story residential building in Vinegar Hill, Brooklyn. Designed by Issac & Stern Architects and developed by EDRE, the 28,000-square-foot structure yields eight homes in three- to four-bedroom layouts, along with three enclosed parking spaces and a suite of amenities. The Shemesh Team at SERHANT is leading marketing and sales for the property, which is located at the corner of Water and Gold Streets.

14 Second Avenue Completes Construction in East Village, Manhattan

Construction is finished on 14 Second Avenue, a ten-story residential building in the East Village. Designed by David Cutler of Hustvedt Cutler Architects and developed by Daniel Vislocky of Station Companies, the 100-foot-tall structure spans 22,247 square feet and yields ten full-floor condominium units with an average scope of 1,685 square feet, as well as two cellar levels and a 30-foot-long rear yard. Tirosh & Team at Douglas Elliman Development Marketing is handling sales and New Empire Building Corporation was the co-developer and general contractor for the property, which stands on a narrow plot between First State Green Cultural Park and a row of low-rise buildings between East Houston and East 1st Streets.

Foundations Underway at 66 South 6th Street in Williamsburg, Brooklyn

Foundation work has begun at 66 South 6th Street, the site of a five-story residential building in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. Designed by Archwey Architect PLLC and developed by 66 South 6th LLC, the structure will yield an undisclosed number of units along with ground-floor commercial space. Yilong Construction Inc. is the general contractor for the project, which is located on a 25-foot-wide interior lot between Wythe Avenue and Berry Street.

88 North 1st Street’s Façade Takes Shape in Williamsburg, Brooklyn

Construction is progressing on 88 North 1st Street, an eight-story residential building in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. Designed by Hamish Whitefield Architects and developed by Hershy Silberstein of Blue Shine Builders Inc., the 85-foot-tall structure will span 32,835 square feet and yield 48 rental units with an average scope of 684 square feet, as well as a cellar level, a 30-foot-long rear yard, and 24 enclosed parking spaces. BlueSky Builder is listed as the general contractor for the property, which is situated on an interior lot between Berry Street and Wythe Avenue.

59 Henry Street Stands Topped Out in Two Bridges, Manhattan

Construction is continuing to progress on 59 Henry Street, a 19-story mixed-use building in Two Bridges, Manhattan. Designed by S9 Architecture and developed by W & L Group, the 227-foot-tall structure topped out in the spring and will span nearly 98,000 square feet and yield 80 rental units with an average scope of 714 square feet, as well as 40,305 square feet of community facility space on the first five stories, 26 enclosed parking spaces, a penthouse, and a cellar level. Front Wave Construction is the general constructor for the project, which is located between Catherine and Market Streets.

The Yellowstone Wraps Up Construction at 69-65 Yellowstone Boulevard in Forest Hills, Queens

Construction is finishing up on The Yellowstone, an 11-story residential building at 69-65 Yellowstone Boulevard in Forest Hills, Queens. Designed by Aufgang Architects and developed by Slate Property Group and Grobman-Gross Properties, the 182,000-square-foot structure yields 166 apartments in one- to two-bedroom layouts with 50 units designated as affordable housing, as well as a 50,000-square-foot Trader Joe’s, space for a bank branch, and 186 enclosed parking spaces. MNS Real Estate is leading leasing and marketing and SD Builder and Construction is the general contractor for the property, which is bound by Queens Boulevard to the northeast, Yellowstone Boulevard to the northwest, 69th Road to the southeast, and Gerard Place to the southwest.

New Renderings Revealed for 68-Story Skyscraper at 100 West 37th Street in Midtown, Manhattan

Updated renderings have been revealed for 100 West 37th Street, a forthcoming 68-story mixed-use skyscraper in the Garment District of Midtown, Manhattan. Designed by C3D Architecture and developed by Sioni Group under the 989 Sixth Realty LLC, the 743-foot-tall structure will yield 384,118 square feet with 300 condominium units spread across 297,301 square feet, as well as 86,817 square feet of commercial space and two cellar levels. Northeast Specialist Group is currently serving as the demolition contractor for the corner property, which is alternately addressed as 989-993 Sixth Avenue and located at the intersection of Sixth Avenue and West 37th Street.

300 East 83rd Street Nears Topping Out On Manhattan’s Upper East Side

Construction is closing in on the final floors of 300 East 83rd Street, a 22-story residential building in the Yorkville section of Manhattan’s Upper East Side. Designed by SLCE Architects and developed by Lalezarian Properties, the 235-foot-tall structure will span 93,682 square feet and yield 70 condominium units with an average scope of 1,305 square feet, as well as cellar level and ground-floor retail space. A portion of the homes will be reserved for affordable housing. Hudson 37 LLC is the general contractor for the project, which is alternately addressed as 1594-1598 Second Avenue and located at the corner of East 83rd Street and Second Avenue.
