Construction is in full swing at 7 Platt Street, the site of a 37-story mixed-use tower in the Financial District of Lower Manhattan. Designed by Hill West Architects and developed by The Moinian Group, the 464-foot-tall structure will span 267,760 square feet and yield 250 rental apartments spread across 169,840 square feet, as well as 43,740 square feet of retail space on the first five stories and 34 below-grade parking spaces. Titanium Construction is the general contractor for the property, which is alternately addressed as 110 John Street and located on an interior lot bound by John Street to the north and Platt Street to the south.

Murray Nears Completion at 509 Third Avenue in Murray Hill, Manhattan

Construction is finishing up on Murray, a 35-story residential tower at 509 Third Avenue in Murray Hill, Manhattan. Designed by Ismael Leyva Architects and developed by Kahen Properties with Lalezarian Properties under the Third and Thirty Four LLC, the 386-foot-tall structure will span 166,917 square feet and yield 229 rental units with an average scope of 692 square feet, as well as 8,253 square feet of retail space on the ground floor and a private 30-foot-long yard. Charlton Development Group is the general contractor for the project, which is located at the corner of Third Avenue and East 34th Street.

Construction has topped out on 304 Water Street in Vinegar Hill, Brooklyn, where a two-story industrial structure is being expanded into a six-story residential building. Yatziv Corp. is the general contractor for the property, which was acquired by 304 Water LLC for $1.85 million in a deal brokered by Investment Property Realty Group. The 1,900-square-foot plot is located between Hudson Avenue to the east and Gold Street to the west.

Construction is nearing topping out on 1 Park Row, a 23-story mixed-use building in Lower Manhattan’s Financial District. Designed by Fogarty Finger Architects and developed by Circle F Capital, which received a $90 million construction loan from Parkview Financial in 2021, the 305-foot-tall structure will yield 103,000 square feet with 58 condominium units in one- to three-bedroom layouts, along with 19,000 square feet of office and retail space on the lower levels. Cauldwell Wingate is the general contractor and 1 Park Row Development LLC is the owner of the property, which is located at the intersection of Park Row and Ann Street.

Construction is complete on FÖRENA, a 12-story residential building at 540 Sixth Avenue in Chelsea. Designed by Morris Adjmi Architects and developed by Landsea Homes and DNA Development, the 80,000-square-foot structure contains 50 condominium units in one- to three-bedroom layouts with pricing starting at $1.575 million, and ground-floor retail space. Fredrik Eklund and John Gomes of The Eklund Gomes Team and The Tuinstra-Davis Team at Douglas Elliman are leading sales and marketing for the property, which was built by Ryder Construction at the corner of West 14th Street and Sixth Avenue on the border with Greenwich Village.
