The New York City Landmarks Preservation Commission is set to review a proposal for a new two‑family residential building at 132 West 130th Street in Harlem, Manhattan. Materials were assembled by Building Studio Architects. The site is zoned R7‑2 and is located mid‑block between Lenox Avenue (Malcolm X Boulevard) and Adam Clayton Powell Boulevard.
