Renderings form Issac & Stern Architects reveal a new six-story condominium building at 324 East 93rd Street in Yorkville, Manhattan. The project sits mid-block between First and Second Avenues and is closest to the 96th Street-2nd Avenue subway station, serviced by the N and Q train trains.
The Landmarks Preservation Commission has approved the construction of a new penthouse roof deck at 107 East 64th Street in the Upper East Side Historic District. The project will move forward once the commissioners issue a final Certificate of Appropriateness.
Last week, private equity real estate fund manager Red Stone Equity Partners celebrated the closing of financing for Balton Commons, a $19-million mixed-use development currently under construction at 267 West 126th Street in Harlem, Manhattan. Developed in partnership with Lemor Development Group and Apex Building Group, the seven-story building will have 4,500 square feet of tech incubator space managed by non-profit Silicon Harlem, 1,200 square feet of ground-floor commercial space, 1,350 square feet of community facility space, and 37 residential units dedicated to mixed-income affordable housing for residents between 30 and 90 percent of the area median income.
The affordable housing lottery is now open for Uptown 6, a collection of 32 renovated rental units in across several buildings including 118 West 139th Street, 123 West 112nd Street, 30 West 132nd Street, 281 West 118th Street, 120 West 139th Street, and 122 West 139th Street in Manhattan’s West Harlem neighborhood. Available on NYC Housing Connect are a mix of studios, one-, two-, three-, and four-bedroom units for residents at 80 percent of the area median income, ranging in eligible income from $48,480 to $120,080.
The affordable housing lottery is now open for HDFC Co-Ops, two recently renovated cooperative developments at 518 West 161st Street and 544 West 163rd Street in Manhattan’s Washington Heights neighborhood. The six-story structure with 24 units at 518 West 161st Street is designed by RKTB Architects and developed by the city’s Department of Housing Preservation and Development. 544 West 163rd Street is a five-story building with 20 units, developed by Restoring Communities Housing Development Fund. Available on NYC Housing Connect are 18 units for residents at 110 percent of the area median income, ranging in eligible income from $67,693 to $155,100.
