Construction has topped out on 799 Broadway, a 12-story office building in Greenwich Village. Designed by Perkins + Wills and developed by Columbia Property Trust, the 182-foot-tall project will contain 180,000 square feet of commercial space marketed by JLL. The corner lot, which is located at the intersection of Broadway and East 11th Street, was purchased by Normandy Real Estate Partners and Ares Management in 2016 for $101 million and required the demolition of several low-rise structures.
A 22-story Hyatt Centric hotel in Midtown, Manhattan is on track to open this summer according to a recent update from the project team. The new building is located at 16 East 39th Street and will debut as Hyatt Centric 39th & 5th once a Certificate of Occupancy is issued by the Department of Buildings.
A new Le Meridien Hotel at 292 Fifth Avenue is expected to reach full completion in October 2020. The 187-key hotel topped out at 21 stories in 2019 and is one of the latest projects developed in collaboration by McSam Hotel Group and Gene Kaufman Architect.

Designed by DSM Design Group and developed by Marx Development Group, the 43-story tower is one of several new high-rise structures sprouting up around the Jacob K. Javits Center.

Designed by Pelli Clarke Pelli Architects and developed by Rockrose with SLCE as the architect of record, the 52-story structure is rising directly across Eleventh Avenue from the ongoing expansion of the Jacob K. Javits Center. The property will contain 598 rental units.
