Located between Ninth and Tenth Avenues, the lot is a short walk to the 34 Street-Hudson Yards subway station, serviced by the 7 train. It is unclear who the owner is but Warner Construction is the general contractor for the property.
Life Time has revealed a new residential property and athletic club at 130 Tresser Boulevard in Stamford, Connecticut. The ten-story building will comprise 290 rental units, a 52,000-square-foot athletic club, and a 10,000-square-foot rooftop amenity space.
SKF Development has revealed the first renderings of 4427 White Plains Road, a seven-story residential building in the Wakefield section of The Bronx. Designed by Badaly Architects, the building will comprise just under 40,000 square feet of residential space, 1,383 square feet of ground-floor retail space, and a 188-square-foot community facility.
Construction has officially topped out on Two Clinton Park, a 28-story mixed-use tower in downtown New Rochelle. Located at 28 South Division Street, the tower is the city’s third completed project from developer RXR, which also served as masterplan developer for the downtown area.
Construction has topped out on 300 Huntington Street, a six-story commercial building in Gowanus, Brooklyn. Designed by Dattner Architects and Bernheimer Architecture and developed and built by Monadnock Development, the 101,000-square-foot structure will yield 80,000 square feet of office space, 12,290 square feet of retail space, a 3,470-square-foot industrial workshop, 5,780 square feet of unspecified building service area, and a 15,490-square-foot rear yard dedicated to the main anchor tenant. The property is located on a plot bound by Huntington Street to the north, 9th Street to the south, the Gowanus Canal to the east, and Smith Street to the east.
