Façade installation is wrapping up on the Ronald O. Perelman Performing Arts Center, a 138-foot-tall performance venue in the World Trade Center complex in the Financial District. Designed by REX with Davis Brody Bond Architects as the executive architect and developed by The Perelman, the cubic steel-framed structure stands between Skidmore Owings & Merrill‘s One World Trade Center to the west, Vesey Street to the north, Fulton Street to the south, and Greenwich Street to the east.

Designed by Manish Chadha of Ismael Leyva Architects and developed by SL Green Realty, the 338-foot-tall tower will yield 213,084 square feet with classrooms, dorm rooms, a dining facility, a library, and a learning center. Construction has topped out on 555 Greenwich, a 16-story commercial building in Hudson Square, Manhattan. Designed by COOKFOX Architects and developed by the joint venture Hudson Square Properties, which includes Trinity Church Wall StreetHines, and Norges Bank Investment Management, the 270,000-square-foot structure connects on nearly every floor to the adjacent 345 Hudson Street via a horizontal overbuild for a total of 715,000 square feet of leasable office space, with floor plates up to 87,000 square feet each. Tishman Construction is the contractor for the property, which is located on a rectangular plot of land bound by Greenwich Street to the west, Charlton Street to the south, and King Street to the north.
