Buyers are now moving into a newly complete condominium building at 91 Leonard Street in TriBeCa, Manhattan. The structure was completed earlier this year by Toll Brothers City Living, the urban development division of Toll Brothers, Inc.
Permits have been filed for a 19-story commercial building at 561 Greenwich Street in Hudson Square, Manhattan. Occupying the entire block between Charlton Street and King Street, the lot is two blocks west of the Houston Street subway station, serviced by the 1 train. Trinity Church Wall Street is listed as the owner behind the applications.
YIMBY went on a tour of Greenwich West, aka 110 Charlton Street, a 30-story residential building nearing completion in Hudson Square. Installation of the hand-laid brick masonry is nearly finished on the structure, which is designed by Francoise of Loci Anima along with Adamson Associates. The project is being developed by Strategic Capital, Cape Advisors, and Forum Absolute Capital Partners, while Corcoran Sunshine Marketing Group is handling sales for the building’s 170 units.
GF55 Partners and Urban Standard Capital have revealed detailed renderings of both interior and exterior components of 31 Lispenard Street in Tribeca. The project team first appeared before the Landmarks Preservation Commission to facilitate construction of the seven-story building located on the corner of Church and Lispenard Streets. If approved, the structure is expected to comprise 12,603 square feet. This includes ground-floor retail spanning 1,031 square feet and 10,362 square feet of residential area above.
Construction is wrapping up at 100 Franklin Street in Tribeca, where the 200-foot-long stretch of hand-laid Petersen Tegl bricks that clad the building’s eastern profile is now complete. Designed, developed and built by DDG, the residential structure is located in the Tribeca East Historic District and consists of conjoined triangular-shaped buildings on a narrow property yielding a total of ten full-floor residences. Douglas Elliman is in charge of sales, which launched in April with units ranging from 1,427 square feet to 3,673 square feet.
