The site is half a block from Greenpoint’s Southeast border with Williamsburg, along the Brooklyn Queens Expressway. Builder Moshe Katlowitz will be responsible for the development, and today, YIMBY also has the first rendering for the project.

Permits have been filed for an eight-story dormitory building at 2662 Kingsbridge Terrace, in Fordham Manor, The Bronx. The site is eight blocks away from the Kingsbridge Road Subway Station, serviced by the 4 train. The James J. Peters VA Medical Center is two blocks away, and Lehman College is a twelve-minute walk away. An anonymous LLC is responsible for the development.
