Designed by Gilman Architects and developed by Man Hei Li under the 355 Hudson Yard LLC, the 115-foot-tall structure will yield 19,255 square feet with 26 rental units spread across 17,023 square feet, as well as 1,603 square feet of commercial space, 629 square feet for a community facility, and a cellar level.
