Building applications have been filed for a new medical center in Sheepshead Bay, Brooklyn, at 2505 Coney Island Avenue. The structure will rise three floors, and have a total construction area of 61,865 square feet, as well as a 71-car garage in the basement. The cellar will hold 9,941 square feet of commercial storage space, and above that, an ambulatory treatment/diagnostic center will occupy 31,127 square feet. Thomas Scibilia of N.A. Design Studio is the architect of record, and Nate Weinstock of The Marcal Group is listed as the developer.

Permits Filed for 3022 Brighton 14th Street, Brighton Beach, Brooklyn

A 2.5-story home in Brooklyn’s Brighton Beach neighborhood is about to bite the dust, with new building applications now filed for its six-story replacement, at 3022 Brighton 14th Street. The first four floors of the mixed-use structure will have a school, while the fifth, sixth, and penthouse levels will be occupied by an ambulatory diagnostic/treatment center. The total area is set to comprise just shy of 24,000 square feet. Ruslan Goychayev of RSLN Architecture PLLC is designing, and Igor Zagranichny of 1123 Ocean View LLC is the developer.
