The project will yield over 450,000 square feet of classrooms, faculty offices, lounge areas, and double-height spaces that will overlook outdoor green spaces.

Details within a dense environmental assessment statement prepared for the Department of City Planning reveal the very first renderings of the building, which would require several zoning amendments and waivers before breaking ground.
