Renderings from THINK Architecture & Design were recently presented to the Department of City Planning in lengthy proposals to rezone a busy corner of Far Rockaway, Queens. The project comprises two adjacent parcels on Beach 67th and 68th Streets between Thursby Avenue and Beach Channel Drive. “Development Site 1” sits mid-block on Beach 67th Street and comprises six neighboring lots. “Development Site 2” is a through-block lot on Beach 68th Street with additional frontage along Beach 67th Street.
