Steven Schneider, of Schneider Associates, is designing, and the dilapidated two-story structure recently passed pre-demolition inspection.
The property owner of 18-23 25th Road, in western Astoria, has filed applications for a two-story, two-family residential building measuring 2,050 square feet. Malliaros Stravos is designing, and an existing two-story abode receded from the street must first be removed.
An LLC has filed applications for a five-story, five-unit residential building measuring 6,150 square feet at 2168 83rd Street, in southern Borough Park. Kenneth Thomas is designing, and an existing 2.5-story wood-framed structure must first be demolished.

Last fall, The Claremont Group received funding to convert the 25-story office building at 99-101 Wall Street, in the Financial District, into residential. Curbed spotted the launch of the building’s teaser site, and the site confirms plans for 52 luxury condominium units, of which are being designed by Piet Boon. Sales are expected to launch this spring.
