Designed by Perkins + Will and developed by Columbia Property Trust, the project recently reached the halfway mark and will contain around 180,00 square feet of office space marketed by Cushman & Wakefield.
The Landmark Preservation Commission recently granted unanimous approval for the construction of a single-story commercial building in DUMBO, Brooklyn. The property is located at 20 Old Fulton Street and will contain ARABICA Coffee’s first stateside coffee shop and a second, unconfirmed retail tenant.
Permits have been filed for a 14-story mixed-use building at 1600 Macombs Road in Morris Heights, The Bronx. Located at the corner of Featherbed Lane and Macombs Road, the lot is near the Mt. Eden Avenue subway station, serviced by the 4 train. Non-profit Services for the Underserved under the Palladia Housing Corp. is listed as the owner behind the applications.
Preparations for construction appear to be underway at the site of the River Street Waterfront Master Plan, Bjarke Ingels Group‘s proposed two-skyscraper, 1000-unit complex along the Williamsburg waterfront in Brooklyn. Developed by Two Trees, the project includes the 600-foot-tall 87 River Street and 650-foot-tall 105 River Street, as well as the alteration of the shoreline to create a circular beach, a 2.9-acre park, and two breakwaters directly to the north of the six-acre Domino Park.
Exterior work is nearing completion at 200 Kent Avenue, a six-story mixed-use building in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. The 83-foot-tall, 125,000-square-foot development is designed by ME Architect P.C. and developed by Cornell Realty Management, which purchased the rectangular full-block parcel for $33 million by two anonymous entities in the summer of 2016.
