Located at 8701 Churchill Road, Solaia’s amenity offering spans nearly 10,000 square feet, setting the property apart from other new developments in the area.
The affordable housing lottery has launched for 531 Tinton Avenue, an eight-story residential building in Mott Haven, The Bronx. Designed by Rybak Architects, the structure yields 34 residences and 10 parking spaces. Available on NYC Housing Connect are 11 residential units for residents at 130 percent of the area median income (AMI), ranging in eligible income from $60,343 to $167,570.
Permits have been filed for a 16-story mixed-use building at 470 Kent Avenue in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. Located at the intersection of Division Avenue and Kent Avenue, the waterfront lot is walking distance from South Williamsburg stop on the East River Ferry and the Marcy Avenue subway station, serviced by the J, M, and Z trains. Naftali Group is listed as the owner behind the applications, along with the neighboring two mixed-use towers at 484 Kent Avenue, addressed as 480 and 490 Kent Avenue, and planned to rise 21 and 22 stories respectively.
Construction is complete on 1228 Madison Avenue, a 20-story residential building in the Carnegie Hill section of Manhattan’s Upper East Side. Designed by Robert A.M. Stern Architects and developed by CBSK Ironstate, a partnership of CB Developers, SK Development, and Ironstate, the structure will yield 15 condominiums designed by Kelly Behun Studio with sales handled by Corcoran Sunshine Marketing Group. SLCE Architects was the architect of record for the project, which is located along Madison Avenue between East 88th and 89th Streets, directly behind Frank Lloyd Wright’s Guggenheim Museum.
