J. Pilla Group has filed rezoning proposals to facilitate the construction of a new, mixed-use building in The Bronx. Located at 2712 Williamsbridge Road, the 9-story development would occupy two adjacent lots to support residential, office, and parking components.
Permits have been filed for a four-story residential building at 1086 Decatur Street in Bushwick, Brooklyn. The site is six blocks away from the Chauncey Street subway station, serviced by the J, M, and Z trains, and five blocks away from the Wilson Avenue subway station, serviced by the L trains. Infocus is listed as behind the design.

The Gladstone family has a long history of construction in New York, and the family’s current venture, Madison Equities, was founded in the mid-1960’s. Now, Madison is behind what will imminently become the first actual residential supertall below 34th Street in Manhattan, with 45 Broad Street set to rise 1,127 feet to its peak. Located at 242 West 53rd Street between Eighth and Ninth Avenues, the new structure contains nearly 450,000 square feet designed by CetraRuddy Architecture. Algin Management is the developer, and leasing is being led by Triumph Property Group, and has now commenced for the 426 available apartments.
