Today, YIMBY has renderings of 123 Hope Street, a large seven-story residential building rising in the center of Williamsburg, Brooklyn. Three years after construction started, the building is finally nearing completion. Slate Property Group is developing.
Permits have been filed for a four-story residential building at 460 Seneca Avenue in Ridgewood, Queens. The site is five blocks away from Dekalb Avenue subway station in Bushwick, serviced by the L train, and eight blocks away from the Seneca Avenue subway station, serviced by the M train. Sal Mendolia is listed as responsible for the development.
Right across from the iconic Grand Central terminal in Midtown, construction is moving along for the commercial supertall One Vanderbilt. Our last update in March showed that the building had reached two floors above the distinctive retail podium. We can report that the structure has more than doubled in height over the past three months, now standing 17 floors above street level. The building will eventually top off 1,401 feet above street level, and SL Green is developing.
Another decades-long empty lot is about to be filled in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. Permits were filed last week for a six-story mixed-use building at 510 Driggs Avenue, which revealed a new architect would lead the project.
