Façade installation is complete on Olympia, a 33-story residential tower at 30 Front Street in DUMBO, Brooklyn. Designed by Hill West Architects and developed by Fortis Property Group, the 401-foot-tall structure will yield 76 condominium units in one- to five-plus-bedroom layouts with interiors designed by Workstead and sales and marketing by the Eklund Gomes Team at Douglas Elliman and Karen Heyman at Sotheby’s. Urban Atelier Group is the general contractor for the property, which is bound by Front Street to the north, York Street to the south, and Washington Street to the east.

The Jersey City Planning Board has a approved a pair of high-rise residential towers along the waterfront edge of Jersey City. Located at 50 and 55 Hudson Street, the towers are the latest residential development from global investment bank Goldman Sachs and are expected to create 1,941 residential units, set atop a large retail component, an amenity deck, and public plazas.

69 Adams Street Tops Out in DUMBO, Brooklyn

Construction has topped out on 69 Adams Street, a 26-story residential building in DUMBO, Brooklyn. Designed by Fariba Makooi of Fischer + Makooi Architects and developed by The Rabsky Group, the 280-foot-tall structure will yield 225 units in studio to two-bedroom layouts spread across 258,200 square feet as well as 60 feet of retail frontage, a 25-foot-long rear yard, and 61 parking spaces. Galaxy Developers is the general contractor for the property, which is bound by Front Street to the north, York Street to the south, the elevated Manhattan Bridge roadway to the east, and Adams Street to the west.
