Permits have been filed for two five-story residential buildings at 88-30 and 88-34 54th Avenue in Elmhurst, Queens. The sites sits four blocks away from the Grand Avenue-Newton Subway Station, serviced by the E, M, and R trains. The 440,000 square foot Queens Place Mall is also only two blocks away, designed by SOM Architects, and completed in 1965. Xiu Qin Shi will develop 88-30, and Bi Jin Huang will be responsible for the development of 88-34.
