Yet another residential skyscraper is in the works at 570 Fulton Street in Downtown Brooklyn, and today YIMBY has an update on site progress. The main elevation of the existing three-story, low-rise building is now sitting behind construction netting and scaffolding, and it will soon be demolished to make way for the planned 40-story mixed-use replacement. Office and retail space is reportedly going to be in the lower section of the 550-foot tall development.
