Permits have been filed for a 13-story hotel at 38-39 9th Street, in Long Island City, Queens. The site is seven blocks away from the 21st Street-Queensbridge subway station, serviced by the F trains and the first stop in Queens. Hotel mogul Sam Chang will be responsible for the development.
New renderings have arrived for 599 Courtlandt Avenue, a four-story, mixed-use building coming to The South Bronx. Designed by Urban Architectural Initiatives (UAI), the structure will contain 5,650 square feet of residential area with an additional 750 square feet of ground floor retail.

Located on a sprawling corner lot, 203 Sutter Avenue, the project will be named Hello Sutter, and will include 52 residential units and over 10,000 square feet of commercial area.
