URL Staten Island’s First Phase Tops Out, Includes 571 Residential Units

The New York Times recently noticed Ironstate’s URL Staten Island — located on the Stapleton’s waterfront, the first phase to include 571 residential units and 35,000 square feet of retail space — has made significant progress in construction. Revealed by YIMBY in 2014, multiple buildings have topped-out at five stories, and roughly half of the retail space is already leased. Completion of the first phase is expected later this year.
